摘 要:以中医文献中水液代谢和湿阻中焦的相关论述为依据,结合古今临床医案对湿阻中焦脾病及肾的病机进行探讨,并以课题组前期较成熟的湿阻中焦证动物模型作为研究平台,实验结果作为佐证,结合现代研究进展探讨中医脾病及肾的病理机制。通过实验检测大鼠肾脏典型水通道蛋白含量及尿液生成调节激素含量,揭示肾脏调节湿阻中焦证水液代谢的相关机制,探究湿阻中焦脾胃损伤后是否会影响肾脏功能,有利于充分理解和把握中医学的原创思维,从而促进中医理论与临床实践的创新与发展。In order to discuss the TCM literature of water metabolism and dampness obstructed the middle-jiao,discusses the combination of clinical cases on pathological mechanism of spleen dampness obstructing spleen and kidney,and in the prophase of mature dampness obstructing spleen stomach syndrome animal model as the research platform,combined with modern research progress on pathological mechanism of spleen and kidney in traditional Chinese medicine.Regulation of hormone content through experimental detection of rat kidney typical water channel protein content and the production of urine,kidney related mechanisms of regulation of dampness obstructing spleen stomach syndrome of water metabolism,explore the dampness spleen and stomach injury will affect kidney function,is conducive to fully understand and grasp the original thinking in medicine,so as to promote the innovation and development of Chinese medicine the theory and clinical practice.
