摘  要:目的:探讨强精片对弱精子症大鼠精子鞭毛结构蛋白表达量的影响。方法:选取100只雄性SD大鼠按随机数字表法分为空白组、模型组、强精片高、中、低剂量组5组各20只。采用奥硝唑灌胃造模,蛋白印记法测定睾丸组织中TCTE3、MDHC7表达,ELISA法测定血清TUBB浓度。结果:与空白组比较,模型组a、b、c级精子比例明显降低;与模型组比较,强精片高、中、低剂量组a,b,c级精子比例随强精片剂量增加而显著升高,差异有统计学意义;与模型组比较,强精片高剂量组MDHC7、TUBB表达差异有统计学意义,其余差异无统计学意义。随着强精片剂量增加,睾丸中MDHC7、TCTE3及血清TUBB表达量逐渐增加,差异无统计学意义。结论:强精片增加精子尾部鞭毛结构蛋白TUBB、DMHC7表达,进而增加精子活力。Objective: This study is conducted to investigate Qiangjing Tablet on expression of structural protein of sperm flagellum of rats with asthenospermia. Methods: 100 male SD rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group,high dose group,middle dose group,and low dose group. The model group are fed with ornidazole. The expression of TCTE3,MDHC7 in testicular tissue are measured by western blot and density of TUBB in serum is measured by ELISA.Results: Compared with the blank group,the percentage of grade a,b,c sperm obviously decreased in model group.Compared with model group,the percentage of grade a、b、c sperm in high,middle and low dose group obviously rise with the increase of dose. This increase is statistically significant. Compared with model group,the expression of MDHC7 and TUBB in high dose group is statistically significant. The expression of MDHC7,TCTE3 and serum TUBB gradually rise with the increase of the dose of Qiangjing Tablet but this rise is not statistically significant. Conclusion: Qiangjing Tablet increases the expression of TUBB、DMHC7 of structural protein of sperm flagellum to increase sperm motility.
