百忧汤联合针刺疗法治疗维持性血透病人抑郁状态疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察百忧汤联合针刺疗法治疗维持性血透病人合并抑郁状态的疗效。方法:将60例维持性血透合并抑郁状态的患者按随机数字表法分为2组各30例。对照组给予口服氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,治疗组给予口服百忧汤联合针刺疗法治疗,治疗4周后比较治疗前后2组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果:2组痊愈率及总有效率比较差异有统计学意义,治疗组疗效优于对照组;2组治疗后HAMD及SDS评分与本组治疗前比较均降低,差异有统计学意义,且治疗组治疗后较对照组降低更明显。结论:百忧汤联合针刺疗法治疗维持性血透病人合并抑郁状态临床疗效明显,可以明显降低HAMD及SDS评分,改善患者抑郁状态且安全可靠。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Baiyou decoction combined with acupuncture on depression hemodialysis patients. Methods： 60 patients with depression were random divded into 2 groups according to visiting sequence,30 patients in each group. Patients in control group were treated by flupentixol and melitracen tablets. Patients in treatment group were treated by Baiyou decoction combined with acupuncture. 8 weeks after treatment,the score of Hamiltons depression scale（HAMD） and self-rating depression scale（SDS） were observed and compared before and after treatment in two groups,and the curative effect was evaluated. Results： There were statistical significance between two groups on cure rate and total effective rate before and after treatment,the curative effect in treatment group was obviously better than that in control group. There were statistical significance between two groups on the score of HAMD and SDS before and after treatment. The scores were decreased in two groups,and the decreased in treatment group was more discinct than that in control group. Conclusion： Baiyou decoction combined with acupuncture on depression hemodialysis patients has an exact effect,safe and reliable,can markedly reduce the score of HAMD and SDS,and improve depressive state.
