台湾休闲农业农庄升级转型中的产业发展研究

摘　　要：台湾地区农村建设用了20多年时间经历了＂富丽新农村＂、＂新农村运动＂和＂休闲农业农庄＂三个阶段,取得了丰富的创新实践成果。针对农村量身剪裁而设计出的休闲农业模板,通过考察、学习,套用、选择、沉淀和凝练成型的几轮循环过程,成功提升了全台美丽乡村复兴与转型升级。内涵深远动态式体验农村生活,创造了新型消费业态的第四产业兴起,台湾农村已由单纯提供原料端的第一产业华丽转身变为以体验经济和生活美学的产业支柱为主。注入文化与艺术、人文与关怀的生态模块来形成社区软环境,强调以在地人为主导进行乡村修复工程,藉由战略、经济、生态环境、以人为本、多元文化融合、生活美学和基础教育、建构模式到运行实践视角的多维度综合运行,是大陆地区高质量建设农村社区＂乡村振兴＂的不二法门。The rural construction in Taiwan Region ＂movement of rural building＂ from ＂richly and beauty new rural＂,to ＂new movement of rural building＂, to ＂leisure agriculture farm＂ have more than 20 years and they got fruitful results of innovative and entrepreneurial development in country. Rural tailored for clipping template and the design of leisure agriculture, through the investigation, study, to paraphrase, choice, precipitation and concise forming several rounds of circulation process, successfully improved the whole sets of beautiful rural reconstruction and the transformation and upgrading.Profound connotation of the dynamic type, experience rural life created new forms of consumption of the fourth industry rising, Taiwan’s rural has been provided by the pure raw material the first industry luxuriant turned to experience economy and pillar industry of life aesthetics.Into the culture and the arts, and humanities concern of ecological module to form a community soft environment, emphasizing on human dominance of rural renovation, by strategic, economic, ecological environment, humanist, multicultural integration, life aesthetics and education, construct mode to run based on practice of multi-dimensional comprehensive running, is the mainland high quality construction of rural communities ＂rural revitalization＂ way.
