干扰素注射液联合叶下珠片治疗丙型肝炎的临床疗效及其对患者血细胞的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨干扰素注射液联合叶下珠片治疗丙型肝炎的临床疗效及其对患者血细胞的影响。方法选取宣汉县人民医院感染科2016年收治的丙型肝炎患者116例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组58例。对照组患者采用干扰素注射液治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用叶下珠片治疗,两组患者均持续治疗6个月。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后肝功能指标[丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBi L)]、血细胞指标[红细胞计数(RBC)、白细胞计数(WBC)、血小板计数(PLT)]。结果观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者ALT、AST、TBi L比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者ALT、AST、TBi L低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者RBC、WBC和PLT比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者RBC、WBC和PLT高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用干扰素注射液联合叶下珠片治疗丙型肝炎的临床疗效确切,其可有效改善患者的肝功能,提高血细胞指标。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of interferon injection combined with yexiazhu tablets in the treatment of hepatitis C and the impact on blood cells of patients.Methods A total of 116 cases of hepatitis C patients were selected from 2016 year in Xuanhan County People＇s Hospital,which were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,58 cases in each group.The control group was given interferon injection treatment,observation group was given yexiazhu tablets based on control group,both groups were treated for 6 months.The clinical effect,liver function indexes（ALT,AST,TBi L） and blood cells（RBC,WBC,PLT） before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effect in observation group was better than control group（P〈0.05）.Before treatment,no significant differences of ALT,AST or TBi L was found between the two groups（P〈0.05）;after treatment,the observation group of ALT,AST,TBi L were lower than control group（P〈0.05）.Before treatment,no significant differences of RBC,WBC ot PLT was found between the two groups（P〈0.05）;after treatment,the observation group of RBC,WBC,PLT were higher than control group（Pn〈0 .05）.Conclusion Interferon injection combined with yexiazhu tablets have an obviously clinical effect in the treatment of hepatitis C,it can effectively improve the liver function of patients,promote blood cells.
