米索前列醇应用于孕早期无痛人流术前的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨米索前列醇应用于孕早期无痛人流术前的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月—2017年3月于盐城市盐都区中西医结合医院收治的无痛人流手术孕妇72例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各36例。观察组孕妇术前给予米索前列醇治疗,对照组未采用该药物。比较两组手术时间<2 min、术中出血量<20 ml占比、宫颈松弛率及围术期人流综合征发生率。结果观察组手术时间<2 min、术中出血量<20 ml占比低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组孕妇术中宫颈松弛率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组孕妇人流综合征发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孕早期无痛人流术前给予米索前列醇,可有效缩短手术时间、减少术中出血量、提高手术成功率,改善孕妇预后。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of misoprostol in the application of painless abortion in early pregnancy.Methods A total of 72 pregnant women were selected from January 2016 to March 2017 in Yancheng Yandu District Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,which were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,36 cases in each group.The observation group was given misoprostol before operation,control group was not given the drgus.The rate of operation time2 min,intraoperative blood loss20 ml,cervical relaxation rate and the incidence of abortion syndrome during perioperative period were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of operation time2 min,intraoperative blood loss20 ml in observation group were lower than control group（P〈0.05）.The observation group of cervical relaxation rate was higher than control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of abortion syndrome during perioperative period in observation group was lower than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Misoprostol in the application of painless abortion in early pregnancy can effectively shorten operation time,reduce intraoperative blood loss,and promote the success rate of operation,improve the prognosis.
