摘 要:以青荣城际铁路DK94+515. 8处既有公跨铁立交桥(23+35+23) m预应力连续梁为载体进行了同步顶升施工技术研究,包括3部分内容:一是对既有预应力连续梁进行外观、静载、动载监测检定;二是在结构安全的前提下,将原来的拆移方案优化为原位顶升方案;三是按照施工工艺流程,严格控制关键工序,通过监控量测进行施工过程动态控制。通过研究缩短了施工工期,降低了施工风险,取得了良好的社会和经济效益。In this paper, the bridge synchronous jacking construction technology is studied based upon the (23 + 35 + 23)m prestressed continuous girder of the existing highway crossing over the railway at the DK94 + 515.8 point in Qingdao- Rongcheng High-speed Inter-city Railway. The research covers three parts: the first one is the test and examination on the existing prestressed continuous beam bridge, including the appearance, static load and dynamic load. The second is that optimizing the original removal scheme as in-situ jacking scheme under the premise of the structure security. The third is that strictly controlling key procedures according to construction craft technological process, and carrying on dynamic control through the test and examination on the existing highway continuous beam bridge. The research on bridge synchronous jacking construction technology decreases the project time limit, reduces the construction risks and achieves fine social and economical benefits.
