维生素D轴:补肾治疗类风湿关节炎的潜在靶点

摘　　要：维生素D缺乏与类风湿关节炎关系紧密，补充维生素D可有效改善其病情；“肾虚寒盛，肾虚为本，痹症为标”是类风湿关节炎主要病因病机，温补肾阳是中医治疗类风湿关节炎的主要立法治则；前期课题组发现中医“肾藏精”功能和维生素D轴相近，提出维生素D可被视作“肾藏精”的客观物质基础；相关补肾中药及复方对维生素D轴产生调节作用的同时又能防治类风湿关节炎。据上述推测，补肾方药治疗类风湿关节炎可能通过调控维生素D轴发挥作用，维生素D轴可能是补肾治疗类风湿关节炎的潜在靶点，为类风湿关节炎防治提供新思路，充实中医药补肾治疗类风湿关节炎的现代科学内涵。Vitamin D deficiency is closely associated with rheumatoid arthritis, and Vitamin D supplementation can improve the condition. ＂Renal deficiency, deficiency of kidney and deficiency of kidney＂ is the main pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis, and tonifying kidney is the main legislative control of TCM treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. The preliminary study group found that the function of TCM ＂kidney essence＂ was similar to that of Vitamin D, and suggested that Vitamin D could be regarded as the objective material basis of ＂kidney essence＂. It can also prevent rheumatoid ar- thritis by regulating the production of Vitamin D axis. According to this theory, the kidney in treatment of rheumatoid ar- thritis may through regulating the formulae of Vitamin D axis. Vitamin D shaft may be potential targets for kidney in treat- ment of rheumatoid arthritis, providing new ideas for the prevention and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and enriching kidney in treatment of rheumatoid joints of traditional Chinese medicine.
