水针刀结合通痹酊剂加热敷治疗肩周炎的疗效及对血浆β-内啡肽和P物质含量的影响

摘　　要：目的：观察水针刀结合通痹酊剂加热敷治疗肩周炎的临床疗效及对血浆β-内啡肽及P物质含量的影响。方法：将200例肩周炎患者随机分为治疗组及对照组，治疗组给予水针刀结合通痹酊剂加热敷治疗；对照组仅给予水针刀治疗。于治疗前及治疗后评定两组患者肩关节疼痛及活动范围，同时对两组患者血浆β-内啡肽及P物质含量进行检测。结果：两组患者经治疗后，发现其肩痛及肩关节活动范围的评估，疗效评估均较治疗前明显改善，且以治疗组的改善幅度较显著，同时及治疗组的临床疗效也明显优于对照组（均P〈0．05；另外两组患者经治疗后，其血浆β-内啡肽含量均明显增高，P物质含量均显著降低，并以治疗组的变化幅度较显著，与对照组间差异具有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论：水针刀结合通痹酊剂加热敷治疗肩周炎治疗能显著提高肩周炎患者血浆β-内啡肽活性，降低P物质含量，对缓解疼痛、提高肩关节活动功能具有重要意义。Objective：To observe the curative effect of the water needle knife combined with Tongbi Tincture and hot compress in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder and the influence on beta - endorphin of plasma and substance P content. Methods：A total of 200 patients with periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given water needle knife combined with Tongbi Tincture and hot compress treat- ment. The control group was only given water needle knife therapy. We assessed 2 groups＇ pain and moving range before and after treatment, at the same time tested plasma beta - endorphin and substance P content. Results ： After treatment, the shoulder pain and joint activity scope assessment was obviously improved, and the treatment group has obvious im- provement. And at the same time, the clinical curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than that of control group （ all P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the serum beta - endorphin levels were significantly increased, the contents of substance P were significantly lower and the change range of the treatment group was significant. And the differences had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions ：Water needle knife combined with Tongbi Tincture and hot compress can significantly improve plasma beta- endorphin in patients with periarthritis of shoulder, reduce the content of substance P to relieve pain and improve function of shoulder joint activity, being of great significance of treating periarthritis of shoulder.
