中药治疗肝肾阴虚型感觉统合失调儿童的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的：探究中药治疗肝肾阴虚型感觉统合失调儿童的临床效果观察。方法：选取72例肝肾阴虚型感觉统合失调患儿，在医院2016年4月-2017年4月治疗，两组各36例，对照、观察组。取中药及感觉统合训练治疗的是观察组，择单纯性感觉统合训练治疗为对照组。治疗后，对比两组临床疗效。结果：相较于治疗前，观察组患儿的本体感失调、学习能力发展、前庭失衡、触觉过分防御等各项能力评分，在治疗之后明显改善，且相较于对照组，存在显著差异（P〈0．05），所以针对儿童感觉统合能力提升，中药治疗有极大促进作用；相较于对照72．22％，在治疗之后观察组总有效率94．44％更加优异（P〈0．05）；相较于对照组，经治疗之后，观察组患者的冲动任性症状改善，以及肝肾阴虚主症均较为优异，因此两组对比差异显著（P〈0．05）；相较于对照组，经治疗之后，观察组患者的冲动任性症状改善，以及肝肾阴虚主症均较为优异，因此两组对比差异显著（P〈0．05）。结论：针对肝肾阴虚型感觉统合失调患儿，采用中药及感觉统合训练治疗，能够缓解临床症状，加快患儿康复速度，改善生活质量，治疗效果非常显著，具有临床应用价值。Objective ： To explore the clinical effect of Chinese medicine on treating children with Yin deficiency of liv- er and kidney. Methods ： Seventy - two children with Yin deficiency of liver and kidney syndrome were treated in our hos- pital from April 2016 to April 2017 and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. Tradi- tional Chinese medicine and sensory integration training were used in the observation group. After treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results ： Compared with those before treatment, the observation group＇ s proprio- ceptive disorders, learning ability, vestibular imbalance, tactile defensiveness and the ability score improved significantly after treatment, and compared with those the control group, there was significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The children＇ s sense of integration capability had great promotion. After treatment, the observation group＇ s total effective rate was 94. 44% , higher than that of the control group（72.22% ） （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Compared with the control group after treatment, the observation group＇ s impulsive symptoms and expecially those of Yin deficiency of liver and kidney syndrom were more ex- cellent and there were significant differences between two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Compared with the control group after treat- ment, the observation group. Conclusion ： For children with sensory integration dysfunction due to Yin deficiency of liver and kidney, traditional Chinese medicine and sensory integration training can relieve clinical symptoms, speed up the re- habilitation of children and improve the quality of life. The treatment effect is very significant.
