摘　　要：目的：通过研究火麻仁油对便秘大鼠肠道菌群的调节作用，结合肠道短链脂肪酸的测定，探讨火麻仁油润肠通便作用的科学内涵。方法：SPF级Wistar大鼠随机分为4组，即模型组、空白组、火麻仁油组、阳性对照组。用复方地芬诺酯造便秘及肠道菌群紊乱模型。给药28d，结束时细菌平板计数检测新鲜粪便中细菌，PCR—DGGE检测盲肠内菌群结构变化；气相色谱法测定盲肠中短链脂肪酸（SCFAs）水平。结果：与空白组相比，模型组动物新鲜粪便及盲肠内菌群结构出现异常；与模型组相比，火麻仁油调整盲肠厚壁茵门／拟杆菌门比值，升高双歧杆菌及丁酸梭茵属、乳酸杆菌属水平；对盲肠中SCFAs，火麻仁油使乙酸、丁酸水平增高（P〈0．01，P〈0．05）。结论：火麻仁油能够缓解便秘状态，改善便秘动物肠内菌群结构并影响其肠内SCFAs水平。Objective ： To explore the scientific connotation oflaxative action of hemp seed oil, the effects of hemp seed oil on intestinal flora, intestinal Short chain fatty acid of constipation model rat were tested. Methods ： Wistar rats （ SPF grade ）were randomly divided into control group, model group, hemp seed oil group and positive control group. The mod- el group ratswere causd constipation and enteric flora disturbance withdiphenoxylate. 28 days later, bacterial counts in the fresh stool were tested by plate count method and the structure of intestinal flora in cecum wasdetected byPCR - DGCE- method. SCFAs in cecum were determinated by Cas chromatography method. Results：Compared with the blank group,the structure of intestinal microfloraand fresh fecal microflora in model group were abnormal. Compared with themode] group, Hemp seed oil can increasethe number ofBifidobacterium, adjust the ratio ofFirmicutes bacteria/Baeteroides bacteria,in- creasethe number of Butyrieicoccus and Cillobacteriumin cecum, increase the concentration ofaeetic acid and butyric acid （P 〈0. 01 ,P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Hemp seed oil can alleviate constipation,promoting the disorder of intestinal flora bal- ance and effect the concentration of SCFAs in intestine.
