运用Meta分析法评价益气养阴活血中药治疗稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的：运用Meta分析法，对益气养阴活血中药治疗稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效及安全性进行客观、准确的评价。方法：检索2006-2016年国内公开发表的与益气养阴活血中药治疗稳定性心绞痛临床疗效及安全性相关的文献，使用Review Manager5.3统计软件对符合要求的文献进行Meta分析，采用Cochrane协作网推荐的“偏倚风险评估工具”评价纳入文献的质量高低。结果：共13篇文献入选，纳入1203例病例，其中治疗组627例，对照组576例，Meta分析表明与单纯常规西药治疗相比，加用益气养阴活血中药治疗，对稳定性心绞痛患者心绞痛症状改善、中医证候改善、心电图改善率方面均优于常规西药治疗，差异具有统计学意义；在硝酸甘油停减率方面，两组问差异并无统计学意义。结论：在常规西药治疗基础上联合应用益气养阴活血中药治疗稳定性心绞痛，在临床症状改善、中医证候改善、心电图改善率上都明显优于单纯常规西药治疗，但在硝酸甘油停减率方面相比较无统计学意义。Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Chinese medicine in the treatment of stable angina pectoris by Meta - analysis. Methods ： The literature of clinical efficacy and safety in the treat- ment of stable angina pectoris were collected from 2006 to 2016, and Meta - analysis was carried out using Review Man- ager 5.3 statistical software. Cochrane collaboration network recommended as ＂bias risk assessment tool＂, we evaluated the quality of the inclusion of the literature. Results ： A total of 13 pieces of literature were included in 1203 cases, inclu- ding 627 cases in the treatment group and 576 cases in the control group. Meta - analysis showed that compared with the conventional Western medicine treatment, the angina pectoris patients＇ improved symptoms, improved TCM syndrome and ECG improvement rate were better than those of conventional Western medicine treatment. The difference was statisti- cally significant. In the nitroglycerin rate of reduction, the difference between the two groups was not statistically signifi- cant. Conclusion： The combination of western medicine and Yiqi Yangxue Huoxue Chinese medicine treatment of stable angina pectoris can improve clinical symptoms, TCM syndrome improvement and ECG improvement rate, which were sig- nificantly better than those of conventional Western medicine treatment, but has no statistically significant difference in nitroglycerin stopping rate.
