摘  要:水驱是目前油田补充地层能量的常规方式,注水效果直接关乎着油田的产能。在不改变原有封隔器结构的前提下,加入分层注水自动控制装置,采用特殊电机和减速装置逐级控制多套电控配水器,可根据控制指令,分别调控本层位配水器不同流量水嘴的开闭,直到满足层位注水量的要求。该项技术的应用适用于注水井地面反复调配,提高了注水井的科学管理,实现了高效、合理、准确的水驱目的。Water driving is the most common way for oilfield to replenish the stratum energy.The effect of the water-injection directly influences the output of the oilfield.Without changing the structure of the original packer,separated layer water-injection automatic control device is jointed.It adopts special motor and speed reducer to gradually control several sets of electronical controled water distributor.Different water mouth on-off water distributor in the layer is respectively controlled according to the control instruction,until the requirements of injection of the horizon is met.The technology is applicable to the repeated deployment of water-injection well.The scientific management of water-injection well is improved.The purpose of water driving is achieved with high efficiency,reasonability and accuracy.
