摘　　要：我国经济已由高速增长阶段转向高质量增长阶段,在深化供给侧结构性改革方面,人力资本服务被列为新增长点,鼓励更多社会主体投身创新创业,建设知识型、技能型、创新型劳动者大军。大学生是市场经济人力资本的重要供给端,大学生就业关系生产力发展与社会稳定,深入分析深化供给侧结构性改革带来的就业新需求,领悟学业专业与行业事业共同形成的就业结构内涵,探索供给侧结构性改革激发的就业新路径,是提高大学生就业质量的新命题。The economy of our country has changed from the stage of high-speed development to the stage of high-quality development. Human capital service is listed as the new point of growth on the aspect of deepening supply-side structural reform,and more social subjects are encouraged to devote themselves to innovation and entrepreneurship,with the purpose of constructing knowledge-based,skill-based and innovation-based labor forces. College students are the major supply of human capital in market economy,and the employment of college students is closely related with the development of the productive forces and social stability. It has brought new employment needs to deepen supply-side structural reform. It＇s a new proposition to improve the quality of college students＇ employment to comprehend the employment structural connotation jointly formed by academic major and industry undertakings,and to explore the new ways of employment created by supply-side structural reform.
