摘　　要：[目的]评价全国卫生专业技术资格考试信度,分析影响因素,为卫生专业技术人才考试评价提供政策建议。[方法]本文通过对全国卫生专业技术资格考试实测数据的分析,抽取内科学(中级)、外科学(中级)、药学(士)、护理学(中级)、临床医学检验技术(师)、公共卫生(中级)6个专业,采取按照卷内试题序号顺序增加试题抽样和随机增加试题抽样两种抽样方法进行分析。[结果]两种方法的所有抽样专业同质性信度值(α系数)均在0.8以上,且测试长度在达到最大题量时没有出现同质性信度值下降现象。[结论]全国卫生专业技术资格考试信度较好,测试长度合适。通过对比分析,证实测试长度是影响信度的最主要因素,同时试卷试题的难度分布、区分度分布、题型分布和知识点分布也是信度的重要影响因素。Objective To evaluate national health professional qualification examination reliability and analyze its impact factors so as to provide policy recommendations for evaluation of health professional examination. Methods The study analyzed the testing data of national health professional qualification,extracted six majors like internal medicine（ medium level）,surgery（ medium level）,pharmacy（ junior level）,nursing（ medium level）,clinical medical examination technique（ senior level） and public health（ medium level）. Two kinds of sampling method of increasing questions sampling according to coding of examination papers and random increasing questions sampling were analyzed. Results All of sampling speciality homogeneity reliability value of two kinds method were both above 0. 8（ coefficient of α）. It didn＇t appeared decline phenomenon of homogeneity reliability value when the length got the maximum quantity of questions. Conclusions National health professional qualification examination has a good reliability and test length is fit. Through comparative analysis,it confirms that test length is the main factor of influencing reliability. Difficulty,discrimination,types of questions and knowledge points distribution are also important impact factors of reliability.
