摘　　要：[目的]了解社区患慢性病老年人影响日常生活能力的关键影响因素,为患慢性病老年人护理干预工作提供科学依据。[方法]2014年3月至2016年12月,查阅国内相关文献,采用国际公认且信效度良好的日常生活能力(ADL)量表和Barthel指数(BI)量表作为患慢性病老年人日常生活能力影响因素问卷调查工具。研究采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。[结果]所调查的疾病主要有高血压、糖尿病、脑血管疾病,其中高血压患病率最高,其次是高血压合并脑血管疾病。慢性病种类、数目、居住方式是影响老年人日常生活能力的主要因素。[结论]课题创新性以ADL及Barthel指数评分表方式,反映了患慢性病对老年人日常生活能力的影响及相关危险因素。减少老年人患慢性病种数、改善并鼓励老年人独立生活的社区环境对提高社区老年人日常生活能力具有至关重要的作用,将成为社区护理工作重点,最终达到改善社区老年人生活质量的目的。Objective To understand key factors affecting the ability of daily life in the elderly with chronic diseases in communities so as to provide scientific basis for nursing intervention. Methods From Mar. 2014 to Dec. 2016,looked up domestic related articles. It took internationally recognized and reliable Daily Living Capacity（ ADL） Scale and Barthel Index（ BI） Scale as questionnaire tool to investigate the factors affecting daily living capacity of the elderly with chronic disease. SPSS 17. 0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results Main diseases investigated were hypertension,diabetes and cerebrovascular diseases,among which morbidity of hypertension was the highest,followed by hypertension with cerebrovascular diseases. The type,number and residence form of chronic diseases were main factors that affect the ability of daily living. Conclusions The subject innovates in the form of ADL and Barthel index,which reflects the influence and related risk factors of chronic diseases on the ability of the elderly. It has crucial function that improve and encourage community enviourment and independent living to improve the elderly daily living activities,which will become the key work of community,so as to achieve the purpose of improve life quality of the elderly.
