摘  要:为四倍体水稻工厂化育秧提供参考,以四倍体水稻品种T1为材料,研究浸种时间、聚乙二醇-6000(PEG-6000)浓度、破胸温度等对四倍体水稻种子发芽的影响。结果表明:随着浸种时间的延长,水稻种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数均呈增大趋势;随着PEG-6000浓度、破胸温度的提高,水稻种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数均呈先增大后减少的趋势。采用综合评价指标隶属函数值进行评价,30℃清水浸种48h后30℃催芽、30℃7.5%PEG-6000浸种24h后30℃催芽或30℃清水浸种24h后34℃破胸30℃催芽处理的隶属函数值均最大,其隶属函数值分别为1、0.91和0.99,四倍体水稻种子发芽状况较好。To provide references for factory-sprouted tetraploid rice seedlings,the effects of seed soaking time,PEG-6000 concentration and seed broken temperature on the germination were studied with tetraploid cultivar T1 as test material.Results:Germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vigor index of tetraploid rice increased with the prolonging of soaking time.The germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vigor index of tetraploid rice increased first and then decreased with the increasing of PEG-6000 concentration or seed breaking temperature.Using the method of membership function to comprehensively evaluate the germination ability,it is found that these seeds treated by 30℃ water soaking for 48 hours and germinated at 30℃,or 30℃ 7.5% PEG-6000 soaking for24 hours and germinated at 30℃,or 30℃ water soaking for 24 hours and germinated at 34℃ until the seed broke and then transferred to 30℃ has the biggest value of membership function,and the value of membership functions is 1,0.91 and 0.99 respectively,showed that germination of tetraploid rice seeds with these treatments were better.
