摘　　要：为更好地开发利用山莓的食药用价值,以东莨菪内酯提取率为指标,采用正交试验法,考察乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、超声时间、超声功率对东莨菪内酯的提取率。结果表明:山莓中东莨菪内酯的最佳提取工艺为100mL的75%乙醇浸渍12h,在80 W功率下超声提取60min,该条件下的提取率为0.333%。The effect of different ethanol concentration,ethanol amount,ultrasonic time and ultrasonic power on extraction rate of scopoletin from Rubus corchorifolius was studied by an orthogonal test to better develop and utilize the edible and medicinal value of R.corchorifolius.Result：The extraction rate of scopoletin fromR.corchorifolius can reach 0.333% under the optimal extraction conditions of 100 mL75% ethanol for 12 himpregnation and 80 W ultrasonic extraction for 60 min.
