淮海经济区经济发展阶段综合判定

摘　　要：以淮海经济区20个地级市为研究单元,1990~2015年为研究时段,从人均地区生产总值、产业结构和产业就业结构3个方面,对淮海经济区经济社会发展阶段进行综合分析.结果表明:从整体来看,淮海经济区从2007年进入工业化中期阶段,目前正处于工业化中期向后期的过渡阶段;从4大区域来看,苏北和鲁南发展最快,正处于工业化后期阶段,皖北和豫东的整体水平相对落后,均处于工业化初期向工业化中期的过渡阶段;淮海经济区各地级市经济发展格局呈现出"均衡-非均衡"的趋势,不同发展阶段的地级市在空间上呈现明显的东部优于西部及4大区域间的地带性分布差异.Taking 20 prefecture level cities as the research units, the economic growth stages of Huaihai Economic Zone are analyzed from the aspects of per capita GDP, three industrial structure and industrial employment structure from 1990 to 2015. Firstly, Huaihai Economic Zone was in the middle stage of industrialization from 2007 and is now in the transition period from middle to late stage of industrialization. Secondly, in four regions, northern Jiang su and southern Shandong are currently in the stage of industrialization with the fastest economic growth, and north ern Anhui and eastern Henan in the transition period {tom early to middle stage of industrialization. Thirdly, the e conomic development pattern of all prefecture level cities in the zone is showing a trend of equilibrium-disequilibri urn. In space, the economic growth stage of cities in eastern zone keeps ahead of that in western zone, and the zonal distribution differences exist among four regions.
