摘　　要：大学阶段是大学生价值观形成的重要时期,价值观教育是大学生教育的重要内容。从教育现实来看,当前基于说教理念的价值观教育效果甚微,必须进行大学生价值观教育改革。心理学中的辅导理念,可以运用到大学生价值观教育中,能够拓展工作的思路和方法。基于辅导理念的大学生价值观教育以促进大学生的自我实现为目的,把同感方法运用到价值观教育之中,内容跟大学生的实际生活紧密相连,重视师生之间真诚的人际关系的建构。University is an important stage for the values＇ formation of university students,and value education plays a vital role in university students＇ education.In terms of educational reality,negligible effect has been made on the value education based on preaching concept,which is hereby pressing to reform university students＇ value education.Counselling concept of psychology shall be applied to university students＇ value education which enable to extend solutions and methods on career.It is aimed that university students＇ value education based on counselling concept is to urge and fulfill university students＇ self-accomplishment,content of which tightly linked with actual life of university students.It is meanwhile that sincere interpersonal structure of tutors and students shall be treasured,and with appliance of sympathy into value education,it will practically enhance the actual effect of university students＇ value education.
