摘 要:[目的]研究托素盐碱湖真菌多样性及菌群在不同环境中的适应规律。[方法]选取典型的缺氧、干旱、高海拔且具有稳定淡水补给的碱性封闭咸水湖泊托素湖为研究对象,分别对6个取自同一湖泊不同地理位置及不同盐度水体的样本提取总DNA后,对真菌16S r RNA基因进行Illumina Miseq高通量测序,研究样本中真菌群落结构差异及多样性。[结果]子囊菌门Ascomycota及担子菌门Basidiomycota为盐度较高样本中的优势真菌,而纤毛门Ciliophora及P1-31门为盐度较低样本中的绝对优势菌群。[结论]托素湖真菌群落结构复杂,类群丰富,其真菌群落结构受水体盐度及p H影响较大。[ Objective ] The diversity of fungi ad the adaptability of flora in different environments were studied. [ Method ] The total DNA w a sextracted from six samples which different in salinity from different geographical locations of Tuosu Lake. The 16S rRNA genechaeal were determined by using high-throughput sequencing based on an Illumina Miseq sequencing platform. [ Result ] The Ascomycota and Ba- sidiomycota were dominant genus in the high-salt sample,while Ciliophora and P1-31 were more advantageous in the samples with lower salinity.[Conclusion ] The fungus community in Tuosu Lke is complex in structure and rich in species. Funginfluenced by water salinity and pH.
