摘 要:[目的]研究生物炭和微生物菌剂配施对土壤生物特性以及土壤有机碳组分的影响。[方法]研究添加生物炭、生物炭和微生物菌剂配施后土壤总有机碳含量、活性有机碳含量、土壤酶活性、微生物数量以及微生物功能多样性的变化。[结果]单施生物炭能够显著增加土壤总有机碳含量,较单施化肥增加了32.9%。生物炭和微生物菌剂配施对土壤活性有机碳含量、酶活性、微生物数量以及微生物功能多样性的提高效果最好,可溶性有机碳、易氧化有机碳和微生物量碳分别较单施化肥增加了43.0%、74.3%和99.8%;脲酶、蔗糖酶、多酚氧化酶和过氧化氢酶活性分别较单施化肥增加了56.2%、20.8%、14.6%和13.1%;细菌、真菌和放线菌数量分别较单施化肥提高了190%、21.1%和72.7%。[结论]该研究为提高植烟土壤有机养分含量和微生物活性提供理论依据。[Objective ] To study efl'eet of mielvbial agents with bioehar application on biological characteristics and organic carbon component of soil.] Method] The content of soil organic carbon and active organic carbon, soil enzyme activity, the number of mielvorganisms and microbial functional diversity wele lesearehed under the condition of adding bioehar, bioehar and mielvbial agents. [ Result ] The content of soil organic carbon ineleased significantly after adding bioehar, compaled with single application of chemical tertilizers, it was ineleased by 32.9%. The content of active organic carbon, soil enzyme activity, the number of microorganisms and mielvbial fimetional divel^ity ineleased signifi- cantly at}er adding bioehar and mielvbial agents. Compared with single application of chemical tertilizers, dissoluble organic carbon, easily oxidized organic carbon and mielvbial carbon wele ineleased l〉speetively by 43.0%, 74.3% and 99.8% ; incase, suelvse, polyphenol oxidase and eatalase activity wele ineleased lespeetively by 56.2%, 20.8%, 14. 6% and 13. l%;the number of bacteria, fungi and aetinomyeetes wele ineleased lespeetively by 190%, 21.1% and 72.7%. I Conelusionl The study provides a themetieal basis for implvving the content of organic nutrients and mielvbial activity in tobaeeo-glvwing soil.
