摘  要:采用了熔融制样法和X射线荧光光谱仪测定生石灰中氧化钙、二氧化硅含量。通过应用X射线荧光光谱仪自带软件中的"平衡"功能,省略了熔融制样法的人工计算烧损值的实验步骤,大大缩短了实验时间。利用灼烧后的石灰石标准样品及化学值定制的生产样品绘制了标准曲线,解决了没有生石灰标准样品的问题。利用此标准曲线测定生石灰样品的氧化钙、二氧化硅,能够缩短分析时间,分析结果的准确度能够满足要求。The content of calcium oxide and silica in quicklime was determined by melting sample preparation method and X-ray fluorescence spectrometer. By using the function of "balance" in the software of X-ray fluorescence spectrometer, the experimental steps of manual calculation of burning loss value of melting method are omitted, and the experimental time is greatly shortened. The standard curve is drawn from the standard sample of burnt limestone and the production sample with customized chemical value, which solves the problem that there is no standard sample of quicklime. The determination of calcium oxide and silica in quicklime samples by using this standard curve can shorten the analysis time and the accuracy of the analysis results can meet the requirements.
