摘 要:2015年5月—2016年7月,利用样线法对湖北省万朝山自然保护区兽类资源现状进行了调查,并与湖北省内其他5个自然保护区的兽类G指数(genus index)、F指数(family index)和G—F指数(genus-family index)进行比较。结果表明:万朝山自然保护区共有兽类7目25科69种,区系组成以东洋界种类为主,有国家Ⅰ级重点保护动物4种,Ⅱ级重点保护动物11种;G—F指数分析表明,万朝山自然保护区兽类G指数为3.99、F指数为14.81,G-F指数为0.73。万朝山与湖北省省内其他5个自然保护区的兽类G指数、F指数和G—F指数均不存在显著差异,特别是万朝山和南河的G—F指数相当接近,相似性系数也高,这可能与万朝山和南河地理位置接近、生境组成相似有关。各保护区的物种分布密度虽然差异不显著,但南河和漳河源自然保护区因为保护区面积较小,导致物种分布密度较大。By the methods of field survey, an investigation was conducted on the terrestrial mammal resources in Wanchaoshan Nature Reserve, Hubei Province of Central China from May 2015 to July 2016. A total of 69 mammal species were recorded, belonging to 25 families and 7 orders. The oriental species were dominant, and there were 4 and 11 classes Ⅰ and Ⅱ nationally protected species, respectively. The G-F index of Wanchaoshan was 0.73, with the F index of 14.81, and G index of 3.99. A comparison between the Wanchaoshan Reserve and the other 5 nature reserves also located in Hubei Province showed that there were no significant differences in the mammalian genus index(G-index), family index(F-index) and genus-family index(G-F index) among these reserves. Especially, the Wanchaoshan and Nanhe reserves had highly similar mammalian F index and G-F index values, possibly due to the geographic proximity and habitat composition. No significant difference was observed in the species distribution density among the six reserves, but Nanhe and Zhangheyuan Nature Reserves, due to the smaller area, had a higher species distribution density.
