摘　　要：房屋沉降观测的主要目的是为建设单位、设计单位和施工单位提供准确、可靠的建筑物沉降数据,从而监视该建筑物在施工、营运阶段的稳定性,同时结合现场对建筑物周期性的观测数据的分析和对观测数据的精度评定,检验了采用观测技术手段的可行性和正确性,从而更有效地为工程建设服务。The main purpose of building settlement observation is to provide accurate and reliable building settlement data for construction units, design units and construction units, so as to monitor the stability of the building during construction and operation phase. Meanwhile,combined with the analysis of the periodic observation data of the building on site, and the accuracy evaluation of the observation data, the feasibility and correctness of the observation technique are verified, so as to serve the engineering construction more effectively.
