摘 要:目的 :了解我校临床医学专业毕业生就业状况及就业质量、工作能力和价值观提升、自身岗位胜任能力评价、校友满意度评价等情况,探索建立毕业生质量与学校教学改革的互动机制,推动临床医学教育教学改革,促进临床医学专业毕业生高就业率,最终实现提高临床医学专业人才培养质量。方法:采用整群抽样,向2013-2015年石河子大学医学院临床医学专业毕业生发放调查问卷500份,收回285份,有效问卷248份。结果:(1)66.06%的毕业生月收入在4 000元以上,71.38%的毕业生对工作整体满意度较高;(2)54.40%毕业生认为在校期间的学习对工作能力和价值观提升比较有帮助;(3)90%的毕业生对思想道德与职业素质、知识、技能评价满意;(4)毕业生对母校整体评价、课程设置、课堂教学、临床实践、教学管理、管理服务、学生管理、生活服务等八项满意度在95%以上。结论:通过毕业生对就业状况及就业质量、工作能力和价值观提升、自身岗位胜任能力、校友满意度等方面评价表明,我校2013-2015届毕业生就业现状较好、对现在工作满意度较高、在校期间学习对工作能力和价值观提升明显、自身岗位胜任力较高、对学校满意度较高。Objective: To understand the employment status and employment quality of clinical medicalgraduates, the promotion of their work ability and values, the evaluation of their job competence, the evaluation ofalumni satisfaction, etc.To explore the establishment of an interactive mechanism between graduate quality and schoolteaching reform, to promote the reform of clinical medical education and teaching, to promote the high employmentrate of clinical medical graduates, and finally to realize the improvement of the training quality of clinical medicalprofessionals.Methods: 500 questionnaires were sent to graduates of clinical medicine in Shihezi University Schoolof Medicine in 2013-2015, 285 questionnaires were collected and 248 valid questionnaires were collected.Results: (1)66.06% of graduates had a monthly income of over4, 000 and 71.38% have higher overall job satisfaction; (2)54.40% of graduates believe that their studies during school years were more conducive to improve their workingabilities and values; (3) 90% of graduates were satisfied with the evaluation of ideological, moral and professionalqualities, knowledge and skills; (4) Graduates' satisfaction with the overall evaluation of the college, the curriculum,classroom teaching, clinical practice, teaching management, management services, student management and life serviceswas above 95%.Conclusion:Through the graduates' evaluation of the employment status and quality of employment,the improvement of working ability and values, the competence of oneself, the satisfaction of alumni and so on, the graduates of our school in 2013-2015 have better employment status, higher job satisfaction to the present job, the improvementof working ability and values to study in school, higher job competence to oneself, and higher school satisfaction.
