水利工程建设与标准化管理的有机结合初探

摘　　要：水利工程的建设管理和运行管理中存在着很多的问题,对水利工程的质量和运行效果造成了不利的影响.基于此,本文从水利工程中的运行管理出发,指出了水利工程建设与运行管理的有机结合中存在的问题,并从水利工程发展改革需要出发,在水利工程建设的可行性研究环节、设计环节以及建设施工环节融入标准化管理方法,分析水利工程建设与标准化管理的有机结合所能产生的效果.There are many problems in the construction management and operation management of water conservancy projects,which have adversely affected the quality and operational effects. Based on this,this paper points out the problems in the organic combination of water conservancy project construction and operation management from the operation management in water conservancy projects,besides,starting from the needs of water conservancy project development and reform,in the feasibility study,design,and construction of water conservancy projects,the standardization management method is integrated to analyze the effects of the organic combination of water conservancy construction and standardization management.
