摘 要:探讨长期持续有氧运动训练对老年大鼠骨组织保护机制.文中将F344大鼠分为三组:非运动状态的年青组(Young),非运动状态的老年大鼠组(Aged)和老年大鼠组+有氧运动(Aged+EX).运动为强度渐进的跑台运动(耐力运动),持续时间为12周.研究结果表明:长期持续有氧运动训练可以增加老年大鼠的股骨和椎骨中VDR的mRNA表达.长期持续有氧运动训练上调老年大鼠骨组织中维生素D受体的表达,该结果可以部分解释长期持续有氧运动训练对老年大鼠骨组织保护机制.The study is aimed to study the effects of chronic aerobic exercise training on bone loss in aged rats and to investigate the underlying mechanism of vitamin D receptor (VDR). F344 rats were divided into 3 groups as follows= sedentary young rats (Young), sedentary aged rats (Aged) and aged rats with aerobic exercise training (Aged+ EX). The training was performed on treadmill for 12 weeks. The study shows that chronic aerobic exercise training has enhanced the VDR mRNA levels in both femurs and vertebra of the aged rats,and can offer protection against osteoporosis in the aged rats, possibly through upregulating the expression of VDR.
