前列腺增生症合并慢性前列腺炎经尿道前列腺电汽化治疗的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:分析经尿道前列腺电汽化治疗前列腺增生症合并慢性前列腺炎的临床效果。方法:随机选择2015年1月~2017年2月在某院接受治疗的前列腺增生症合并慢性前列腺炎患者60例参与研究,全部患者均接受经尿道前列腺电汽化治疗,分析治疗效果。结果:患者治疗后前列腺症状评分、最大尿流率、残余尿量分别为(9.63±2.07)分、(19.17±3.64)ml/s、(22.16±10.42)ml,治疗前分别为(21.51±5.19)分、(6.45±1.34)ml/s、(122.15±33.27)ml;治疗后生活质量中生理领域、心理领域、环境领域、社会关系领域评分分别为(89.64±6.82)分、(90.17±6.27)分、(82.59±5.14)分、(84.97±6.03)分,较治疗前均有明显提升。结论:经尿道前列腺电汽化治疗前列腺增生症合并慢性前列腺炎效果明显,安全性高,值得广泛应用。Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of transurethral electrovaporization of prostate （BPH）in the treatment of BPH complicated with chronic prostatitis.Methods：60 cases of patients with BPH complicated with chronic prostatitis treated in a hospital from January 2015 to February 2017 were randomly selecteded and participated in the study.All patients were treated with transurethral electrovaporization of prostate,analyzed the therapeutic effect.Results：After the treatment,the prostate symptom score,maximum urinary flow rate,residual urine volume of patients were （9.63±2.07）,（19.17±3.64）ml/s,（22.16±10.42）ml,respectively,before the treatment were（21.51±5.19）,（6.45±1.34）ml/s,（122.15±33.27）ml,respectively.After the treatment,the scores of physical,psychological,environmental and social relationships were（89.64±6.82）points,（90.17±6.27）,（82.59±5.14）,and（84.97±6.03）,respectively,significantly higher than those before the treatment.Conclusion：Transurethral electrovaporization of prostate is effective and safe in the treatment of BPH complicated with chronic prostatitis.It is worthy of wide application.
