甲亢患者治疗前后血清性激素水平对比探讨

摘　　要：目的:对比分析甲亢患者治疗前后的血清性激素水平,探析甲亢与血清性激素水平之间的相关性。方法:本次探究需要利用自愿参与原则在某院所收治的甲亢患者中选取28例作为样本人群,就诊时间段是2015年8月~2016年8月,为研究组;另选取某院2015年8月~2016年8月所接诊的28例健康男性作为参照组来进行本组探究。对28例甲亢患者治疗前以及治疗后12周的甲状腺激素以及性激素水平进行准确测定并将测定结果对比分析参照组患者临床数据,探析甲亢与血清性激素水平之间的相关性。结果:研究组患者治疗前甲状腺激素水平、血清总睾丸酮(T)、血清雌二醇(E2)显著性更高,TSH水平明显更低,对比参照组研究对象而言,组间差异显著且存在统计学意义(P<0.05);经过12周治疗,研究组患者逐渐恢复至正常水平,研究组患者治疗后血清总睾丸酮(T)、血清雌二醇(E2)对比参照组研究对象的结果不存在统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者治疗前、治疗12周后的促黄体素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平对比参照组研究对象均不存在统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:甲状腺激素水平处在紊乱状态可导致机体性激素水平受到极大影响,可作为临床检测甲亢患者的有效科学参考依据。Objective：To investigate the correlation between hyperthyroidism and serum sex hormone levels in patients with hyperthyroidism before and after treatment.Methods：28 cases of hyperthyroidism patients treated in a hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were selected as study group by voluntary participation principle;Another 28 healthy males from August 2015 to August 2016 were selected as the reference group.The levels of thyroid hormone and sex hormone in 28 patients with hyperthyroidism were measured accurately before and 12 weeks after treatment.The correlation between hyperthyroidism and serum sex hormone level was analyzed by comparing the clinical data of reference group.Results：The levels of thyroid hormone,serum total testosterone （T） and serum estradiol（E2）were significantly higher than those in the reference group,and the TSH level in the study group was lower than that in the reference group before treatment,there were significant differences and statistical significance between the two groups（P〈0.05）.After 12 weeks of treatment,the patients in the study groupg radually returned to normal level.There was no significant difference in serum total test osterone （T） and serum estradiol （E2） between study group and reference group after treatment,with nostatistical significance（P〉0.05）.The levels of luteinizing hormone （LH） and follicle stimulating hormone（FSH）were notstatistically significant in the study group before and after 12 weeks treatment（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The level of thyroid hormone in disorder can greatly affect the level of sex hormone,which can beused as an effective scientific reference for clinical detection of hyperthyroidism patients.
