经胃肠镜高频电凝切除消化道息肉的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨经胃肠镜高频电凝切除术在消化道息肉治疗中临床效果。方法:选取2010年1月~2016年1月某院收治的600例消化道息肉患者作为研究对象,均接受经胃肠镜高频电凝切除手术治疗,对治疗效果、术后并发症发生率及息肉复发情况进行统计分析。结果:消化道息肉中腺瘤性息肉占84.8%,增生性息肉占10.3%,炎性息肉占4.9%;按照息肉大小分组后组间腺瘤性息肉发生率比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05);息肉一次性成功切除率为98.7%,其余息肉均经过二次手术成功切除;痊愈率为92.2%,术后并发症发生率为1.83%,息肉复发率为0.5%。结论:经胃肠镜高频电凝切除手术治疗消化道息肉具有较好疗效,且术后并发症发生率及复发率小,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of high frequency electrocoagulation with gastrointestinal endoscope in treatment of gastrointestinal polyps.Methods：600 cases of patients with gastrointestinal polyps from January 2016 to January 2017 in a hospital were selecteded ,and treated with high frequency electrocoagulation with gastrointestinal resection.The treatment effect,postoperative complication rate and recurrence of polyps were statistically analyzed.Results：Among the digestive tract polyps,adenomatous polyps were the most,accounting for 84.8%,hyperplastic polyps were 10.3%,and inflammatory polyps were the least,accounting for 4.9%;According to the size of polyps group,the incidence of adenomatous polyps among groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;The successful resection rate of polyps was 98.7%,and the remaining polyps were successfully removed after two operations.The cure rate was 92.2%,the postoperative complication rate was 1.83%,and the recurrence rate of polyps was 0.5%.Conclusion：The treatment of gastrointestinal polyps with high frequency electrocoagulation with gastrointestinal endoscope has good curative effect,and the incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence rate is small,so it is worthy of clinical application.
