实时三维超声心动图评价室壁瘤患者左心室容积与功能的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:系统分析运用实施实时超声心动图方法在评价心肌梗死合并室壁瘤患者左心室容积以及基础性生理功能过程的应用价值。方法:择取2014年11月~2016年11月时间阶段,某院临床收治的接受住院治疗的心肌梗死合并室壁瘤患者14例作为本次研究对象,针对14例患者的心脏器官展开全面系统的影像学检查处理,同时针对14例心肌梗死合并室壁瘤患者的左心室容积展开系统分析。结果:14例心肌梗死合并室壁瘤患者在本次研究过程中均顺利成功获取了心脏器官的实时三维超声心动图检查图像,并且实际获取的影像学图像检查结果清晰揭示了心肌梗死患者合并室壁瘤患者室壁瘤病理组织的三维立体形态特征,以及患者左心室生理组织与室壁瘤病理组织之间的解剖位置关系。基于实时三维超声心动图检查方法,能够实现对患者左心室容积参数水平的准确揭示。结论:针对临床收治的心肌梗死合并室壁瘤患者运用实时超声心动图方法展开检查,能够实现对患者左心室容积参数水平的清晰揭示,Objective：To analyze the application of real-time echocardiography in the evaluation of left ventricular volume and basic physiological function of patients with myocardial infarction complicated with ventricular aneurysm.Methods：From November 2014to November 2016,14patients with myocardial infarction complicated with ventricular aneurysm treated in a hospital were enrolled in this study.A comprehensive and systematic imaging examination of the heart organs of 14 patients was carried out,and the left ventricular volume expansion of 14 patients with myocardial infarction complicated with ventricular aneurysm was analyzed.Results：In this study,14patients with myocardial infarction and ventricular aneurysm successfully obtained real-time three-dimensional echocardiographic images of cardiac organs.The obtained imaging images clearly revealed the three-dimensional morphologic features of ventricular aneurysms in patients with myocardial infarction,and the relationship between the left ventricular physiological tissue and the pathological tissue of the ventricular aneurysm.Based on the real-time three-dimensional echocardiography,the left ventricular volume parameters can be accurately revealed.Conclusion：The left ventricular volume parameters can be clearly revealed by real-time echocardiography in patients with myocardial infarction and aneurysm.
