蛤蚧定喘胶囊治疗支气管哮喘缓解期患者60例的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨蛤蚧定喘胶囊治疗缓解期支气管哮喘患者的临床疗效。方法:选取某院支气管哮喘发作期治疗稳定后出院的缓解期患者120例为研究样本,以便利抽样法分为对照组与治疗组各60例,对照组采取布地奈德/福莫特罗干粉剂吸入治疗,治疗组加用蛤蚧定喘胶囊治疗,对两组患者临床疗效进行观察对比。结果:治疗组气喘程度、哮鸣音、急性发作次数、白天/夜间症状积分明显低于对照组,且FEV1、PEF检测值明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:蛤蚧定喘胶囊可有效改善缓解期支气管哮喘患者症状和体征,改善肺功能,临床效果显著,值得应用。Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of gecko capsules for the treatment of patients with catabasis of bronchial asthma.Methods：Selected120cases with remission period bronchial asthma after the treatment of stable discharge from a hospital as the research sample and divided them into control group and treatment group according convenience sampling method.60cases in each group.The control group took budesonide/formottello powder inhalation therapy,the treatment group added intogecko capsuleon the basis of the control group.Clinical curative effect observation of two groups of patients were observed and compared.Results：The treatment group＇s level of asthma,wheezing rale,acute attackepisodes,daytime/night symptom scores were significantly lower than the control group,and FEV1and PEF were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The gecko capsule can effeciently improve the symptoms and signs of patients with bronchial asthma and improve lung function,has significant clinical effect and it is worth applying.
