踝关节骨折合并胫腓骨下段骨折的专科护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨踝关节骨折合并胫腓骨下段骨折的护理预防。方法:收集2015年3月~2017年3月在某院接受手术治疗的踝关节骨折合并胫腓骨下段骨折患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者给予传统护理模式(50例),观察组患者在传统护理基础上术前给予详细的循证护理,术后给予患者心理开导及按摩等相关的细致专科护理(50例),对比两组患者术后并发症的发生率及患者满意度。结果:观察组患者术后并发症发生率为4%(2/50),患者满意度为96%,舒适度为94%;对照组患者术后并发症发生率为16%(8/50),患者满意度为80%,舒适度为74%,两组比较均有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:对踝关节骨折合并胫腓骨下段骨折术前术后进行相关细致的专科护理可减少术后并发症的发生率,提高患者舒适度及满意度,值得在护理工作中推广。Objective：To explore the nursing prevention of ankle fracture combined with lower tibia and fibula fracture.Methods：100cases of ankle joint fractures combined with tibial and fibular fractures treated in a hospital from March 2015 to March 2017were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The patients in the control group were given the traditional nursing mode（50 cases）,the patients in the observation group were given detailed evidence-based nursing before operation on the basis of traditional nursing,and the patients were given careful specialized nursing such as psychological guidance and massage after operation（50 cases）.The incidence of postoperative complications and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results：The incidence of postoperative complications was 4% （2/50）in the observation group,the satisfaction rate was 96%,and the degree of comfort was 94%.In the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications was 16% （8/50）,the patients satisfaction was 80%,and the degree of comfort was 74%.There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The special nursing before and after the ankle fracture combined with the lower tibia and fibula fracture can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the comfort and satisfaction of the patients,which is worthy of promotion in nursing work.
