摘 要:供热管网泄漏是热力公司供热效率低下的最主要原因之一,供热管网与其他管网的主要区别就是泄漏会造成周围产生高温温度场。据此,本文提出一种新的城市供热管网漏损位置定位的方法,该方法通过使用红外设备探测供热管网因泄漏而造成的有规律的地面温度场并与管网的GIS空间数据相结合,分析反演定位管网的漏损位置。并且开发了手机端软件,实现了手机端即时显示供热管网由于管道泄漏造成的地表温度场变化情况和供热管网漏损位置计算分析结果,满足城市供热管网漏损位置快速定位、快速处理的需求。The leakage of heat pipes is one of the main causes of heat inefficiencies in thermal companies, and the main difference between the heating network and other pipes is that the leakage of heat will cause the temperature field to be generated nearby. On this basis, this paper presents a new method to locate the position of the leakage of urban heating pipe, and the method combines the infrared detection device which detects the regular ground temperature caused by leakage with a network of GIS spatial data, which can analyze the presumption of a pipeline leakage location. Mobile phone software is developed to implement the mobile end and even display the calculation and analysis result of the change of the surface temperature field and the heating pipe network leakage position, which meets the requirement of fast positioning and rapid processing of the heating pipe leakage of the city.
