摘  要:为了对苏北地区义务教育资源的布局优化进行研究,以徐州市域义务教育资源(小学)为例,利用GIS空间分析技术,结合可达性模型、最近距离模型和Voronoi模型等对义务教育资源的布局优化进行分析。结果表明:1)研究区义务教育资源的整体可达性较好,呈现一种"大分散,小聚集"的格局,49.30%的区域能够在30 min内到达就近的小学,主要分布在城区,义务教育资源可达性相对较差的地区分布较少,区域占比为18.62%;2)由徐州市义务教育资源的Voronoi图可知,近60.3%的义务教育机构服务范围的面积能够基本满足义务教育资源布局的需要,有16.95%的义务教育的服务面积适宜度过大,严重影响到义务教育的公平性。In order to study the spatial layout optimization of compulsory educational resources, the spatial layout optimization of compulsory educational resources in Xuzhou were analyzed with the methods of spatial analysis of GIS and some quantitative analysis methods, such as accessibility model and Voronoi model. The results showed that:1) The overall accessibility of the compulsory education resources of study area is better, 49.30% of the study area can reach the nearest primary school in 30 minutes, which mainly located in the town; while areas with relatively poor accessibility area poor, which accounted for 18.62%.2) Nearly 60.3% of compulsory education institutions can satisfy the needs of the distribution of compulsory education resources. The service area of 16.95% compulsory educational resources are too large, which seriously affect the fairness of compulsory education.
