摘　　要：根据测量平差间接平差方法,对测量控制网的精度估算原理、控制网观测方程的建立、观测值权的确定方法展开了讨论。结合徐州市云龙湖风景名胜区1∶5 000测图控制网建设的具体工程实例,给出了GPS平面控制网和水准网的布设方法和基于Matlab的控制网精度估算的实现算法,为控制网网型的优化设计提供了可能。According to indirect adjustment method of surveying adjustment, this paper introduces accuracy estimation principle of surveying control network, construction of observation equation and weight decision of observed value. Combined with practical engineering of 1 ∶5 000 mapping control network building of Longyun Lake scenic spot in Xuzhou, this paper presents construction method of GPS horizontal control network and Leveling network and implementation algorithm of surveying network accuracy estimation based on Matlab, which makes the optimization of control network type possible.
