摘  要:舟山地区海陆高程数据垂直基准不统一,造成了海陆DEM数据融合困难的问题。本文对比分析了现有的各种基准面的优缺点后,选择CGCS2000参考椭球面作为海陆高程数据统一垂直基准面,同时在深入分析了已有基准间的关系的基础上,建立了高程转换模型,然后根据已有数据成果精度及转换模型进行精度评估,最后均匀抽取定海区的检测点进行转换实验,转换结果显示中误差评定结果达厘米级,满足舟山地区的海陆垂直基准统一的工程化转换应用需求。The vertical datum of land sea elevation data in Zhoushan area was not unified ,resulting in the DEM data fusion between sea and land was difficult. After comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing datum, the CGCS2000 reference ellipsoid has been chosen as the unified vertical datum plane of land sea elevation data. At the same time, the elevation conversion model has been established on the basis of analyzing the relationship between the existing Datum planes. And then according to the existing data accuracy and the conversion model has assessed the accuracy. Finally, the detection points of Dinghai have been extracted evenly to carry out the conversion experiments .And the conversion result shows that the root mean square error evaluation results reach centimeter level. So it can meet the requirement of engineering application of land and sea unified vertical datum in Zhoushan area.
