摘　　要：分析了目前规划实施管理审批中指标核定存在的问题,及对规划行政审批产生的影响。探讨了在规划行政审批与技术审查相分离的背景下,应用电子报批技术、GIS技术、工作流等信息化技术,构建一套标准化、模式化的技术审查服务体系。通过技术审查服务,提高行政审批效率,促进社会公平,提升城市规划管理水平。Analyzed the problems of the calculation of indicators in the urban planning implementation administration, and the impacts on the examination and approval efficiency. In the trend of urban planning administrative department of functional change, explored how to apply electronic application approval technology, GIS technology, workflow technology, to build a Standardized and modeled of review service system. Through the review service, improve the efficiency of administrative examination and approval promote social equity.
