摘 要:目的探讨郊区中年2型糖尿病(Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus,T2DM)患者的认知功能特点。方法采用听觉词语学习测验(auditory verbal learning test,AVLT)、数字连线试验(trail making test,TMT)、画钟测验(clock drawing test,CDT)及Stroop色词测验对90例郊区中年T2DM患者的认知功能进行测评,并将其测评结果与其相匹配的90例健康对照者进行比较。结果 T2DM患者的AVLT总分及瞬时记忆、短时延迟记忆、长时延迟记忆项得分,CDT得分均低于健康对照组,而TMT-A、TMT-B,文字阅读(Stroop color-word test-A,SCWT-A)各项耗时均高于健康对照组,组间比较,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;长时延迟再认、干扰量、颜色阅读(Stroop color-word test-B,SCWT-B)耗时、彩色文字的颜色阅读(Stroop colorword test-C,SCWT-C)耗时和Stroop干扰量(Stroop interference effects,SIE)项目比较,均P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论郊区中年T2DM患者存在记忆功能、信息加工速度、执行功能及视空间功能的损害,应尽早给予有针对性的认知干预,以减少或避免其认知功能的减退,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To evaluate the cognitive function in middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes living in the outskirts.Methods The cognitive function of 90 patients with type 2 diabetes was assessed using the auditory verbal learning test(AVLT), trail making test(TMT), clock drawing test(CDT) and the stroop color-word test(SCWT). The results were compared with 90 healthy subjects. Result The item of immediate memory,short time and long time delayed memory and score on AVLT, CDT of the patients were significantly lower than that in the healthy control group, while the time-consumption by TMT and SCWT was significantly higher than that in the healthy control group(all P〈0.05). The difference in the recognition by long time delayed confirm, interference effects,time-consumption by SCWTB, SCWTC and SIE in the two groups weren't significant(all P〈0.05). Conclusions The impairment of memory function, information processing speed, executive function and visual spatial function of the middle-aged type 2 diabetic patients is prominent. Cognitive intervention should be done in order to prevent cognitive impairment and improve the quality of life.
