规范化接种护理管理在儿童预防接种中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:分析规范化接种护理管理在儿童预防接种中的应用价值。方法:选取笔者所在医院2015年10月-2017年6月接收的0~6岁预防接种儿童160例(160位家长)。按照不同的接种护理管理方法分为试验组(应用规范化接种护理管理方法)与对照组(应用常规接种护理管理方法),各80例。比较两组家长对护理工作满意情况,两组儿童疫苗接种率、接种后的不良反应。结果:试验组家长对护理工作的总满意度为97.50%,高于对照组的87.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的16.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组儿童疫苗接种率为93.75%,显著高于对照组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:规范化接种护理管理在0~6岁儿童预防接种中的应用价值显著高于常规接种护理管理方式。Objective：To analyze the application value of standardized inoculation nursing management in children vaccination.Method：A total of 160 children（160 parents） aged 0-6 years who were vaccinated in the hospital of the author from October 2015 to June 2017 were selected.According to different methods of inoculation nursing management,they were divided into experimental group（application of standardized inoculation nursing management method） and control group（application of routine inoculation nursing management method）, 80 cases in each group.The satisfaction of parents to the nursing work,children vaccination rate,vaccination coordination,adverse reactions after vaccination between two groups were compared.Result：The total satisfaction rate of the parents in the experimental group was 97.50%,which was higher than 87.50% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions of the children in the experimental group was 5.00%,which was lower than 16.25% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The children vaccination rate of children in the experimental group were 93.75%,which were significantly higher than 85.00% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application value of standardized inoculation nursing management in children aged 0-6 years is significantly higher than that of routine inoculation nursing management.
