摘　　要：管理学理论认为,管理、科学、技术是人类文明进步的三鼎足。本文提出在医院管理领域,同样存在一个三鼎足,即管理、技术和服务。管理是医院建设发展的轴心,技术和服务是医院建设发展的两个轮子,三者共同构成了医院建设发展的核心驱动。笔者分析了管理、技术、服务在医院创新发展中的作用与关系,以丰富的实际案例剖析了管理创新在医院建设发展中的轴心作用,阐述了以技术创新强化医院内在修炼的实现路径,解读了通过服务创新实现医院建设发展外在呈现的形式方法。Mlanagement theory holds that management,scieiKe and technology are the three pillars in the progress of human civilization. This paper proposes that three pillars,namely management,technology and service are in the field of hospital management and development. Management is the axis of hospital development,while technology and services are the two wheels. The three elements constitute the core driving force. This paper analyzes the roles and the relationship of the elements,the axis roles of management and innovation in hospital innovation and development with abundant practical instances,expounds the realizing path for the strengthened inner cultivation with technology innovation and interprets the external presentation and methods for hospital development with service innovation.
