摘　　要：目的探讨六西格玛管理在提高某二级医院科研课题申报率和立项率的作用。方法以2015年10月1日—2016年9月30日对科研工作实施六西格玛管理的某二级医院临床和医技科室为六西格玛组,与2014年10月1日—2015年9月30日对科研工作常规管理(基线组)进行比较,分析六西格玛管理对于提高医院课题申报率和立项率的作用。结果两组在医务人员数量、学历结构、职称结构方面具有可比性。六西格玛组课题申报率和立项率(6. 7%和2. 8%)均显著高于基线组(3. 9%和1. 4%),P值分别为0. 017和0. 049,而课题申报率和立项率Sigma值分别为0. 198 4和-0. 405 6,均高于基线组的-0. 257 0和-0. 708 5。结论六西格玛管理可显著提高二级医院科研课题申报率和课题立项率,这为二级医院科研管理提供新策略。Ohjective：To explore the eftect of Six Sigma management for putting up the rates of application and approval of research projects for medical staff in a grade two hospital. Method：This study consisted of evaluation of per-capita rates of application and approval of research projects in Shanghai Punan Hospital of Pudong New District（ grade two hospital） after the institution of Six Sigma management（ Six Sigma group,between Oct. 1,2015,and Sept. 30,2016） and that immediately preceding institution of the management（ Baseline group,between Oct. 1,2014,and Sept. 30,2015 ）. Per-capita rates of application and approval of research projects and Sigma levels of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Result： The two groups were well matched,with similar amount,education background structure and professional title structure of medical staff. After institution of Six Sigma management, compared to Baseline group,per-capita rates of application and approval of research projects in Six Sigma group increased from 3. 9% to 6. 7% and from 1.4% to 2. 8%,P values are 0. 017 and 0. 049,respectively,and the corresponding Sigma values increased from -0. 2570 and -0. 7085 to 0. 1984 and -0. 4056, respectively. Conclusion ： Six Sigma management could result in a significant elevation in rates of application and approval of research projects for medical staff in a grade two hospital. It supplies a novel strategy for the management of scientific research in a grade two hospital. This conclusion needs a broad sample for further study.
