摘　　要：笔者从临床需求的角度介绍了在重症监护病房(ICU)如何建立集成化重症监护临床信息系统。该系统通过实时、准确、完整地采集重症患者相关临床数据,建立了一套不断以临床需求驱动为导向的集成化重症监护临床信息系统,使ICU临床工作标准化、工作流程智能化,减少了医疗护理差错,改善了医疗护理文书的书写质量,进而提高了医疗工作效率和质量。From the clinical need perspective,this article discusses the way to establish an integrated intensive care clinical information system （ ICIS） for intensive care unit （ ICU）. An integrated clinical information system for intensive care of severe patients driven by clinical needs is set up by making the real-time,accurate and complete collection of clinical data related to severe patients, which makes ICU work standardized and intelligent,and improves the writing quality of medical and nursing documents,and the efficiency and quality of medical and nursing work.
