摘　　要：某燃气轮机发动机机匣,质量要求高,结构复杂,铸造难度大。从该机匣铸造工艺设计入手,对造型、补焊、热处理、射线检测、超声检测等方面质量进行控制,制造出合格的机匣。A certain gas turbine engine gating required high quality, but its complex structure increased castingprocess difficulty. Starting from casting process design of the gating, quality control have been carried out in terms offorming, heat treatment, radiographic testing and ultrasonic inspection to produce qualified products.
