摘 要:对圆柱类工件感应加热过程温度场进行仿真模拟计算,以45#钢材质为基础,研究了不同电流频率下圆柱类工件内温度场分布,讨论了加热方式、频率、磁性、隔热保护等对加热效率、次表层温度突升、工作层温度均匀性的影响。通过改变加热方式,探讨了提高工作层温度均匀性的方法,同时将感应加热和常规传热加热模式温度场进行了对比分析。Simulation calculation of temperature field during induction heating for cylinder workpiece has been con-ducted. On the basis of 45# steel material, temperature field distribution inside of cylinder workpiece under differentcurrent frequency has been researched, and effects of heating manner, frequency, magnetism and heating protection onheating efficiency, sudden temperature increase of sub-surface, temperature uniformity of working layer also have beendiscussed. By changing heating manner, method of improving temperature uniformity for working layer has been re-searched, meanwhile temperature field of induction heating and temperature field of traditional heating have been com-pared and analyzed.
