摘 要:鲣(Katsuwonus pelamis)作为中西太平洋围网重要的捕捞对象,其形态学参数对于研究该海域鲣不同种群特征以及模型发展有着重要的作用,然而对于不同捕捞季节下鲣形态学差异性分析研究还较为少见。利用2010年8-9月及2011年12月-2012年1月两次出海调查数据分析两次所捕获鲣形态学差异,结果显示,两次调查中叉长无显著性差异[2010年8-9月平均叉长为52.53 cm(SD=8.47 cm),2011年12月-2012年1月平均叉长为52.14 cm(SD=10.01 cm)],体质量具有显著性差异[2010年8-9月平均体质量范围为3 104.8 g(SD=1 420.2 g),2011年12月-2012年1月平均体质量范围为2 586.4 g(SD=1 409.0g)]。体长体质量关系拟合方程中,除体长组小于34 cm组外,两次取样间系数均具有显著性差异。该研究表明鲣群体形态学在不同季节可能存在着变动。建议在未来探索体长体质量关系时,需要考虑不同季节的采样,以增加对群体形态学的全面认识。The parameters of biometry play the role of improving the development of fishery prediction model and research in the population character for the Skipjack tuna( Katsuwonus pelamis),which is the most important target catch in the western and central Pacific. However,few studies have focused on the biometry differences based on different samples. To obtain the object above,the data of Skipjack tuna were analyzed from August to September,2010 and from December,2011 to January,2012. The results showed that there was no significant difference in fork length( 52. 53 ± 8. 47) cm in 2010,and( 52. 14 ± 10. 01) cm in2011,respectively,while there were significant differences in weight:( 3 104. 8 ± 1420. 2) g in 2010,and( 2 586. 4 ± 1409. 0) g in 2011,respectively. Significant differences were found in the parameters of b in the fitted equation of weight-length function except the group with the fork length less than 34. 0 cm. Our results implied that there were changes between different seasons in the morphological characters of Skipjack tuna. Therefore,we suggest,considering the weight-length relationships for tuna,the multi-seasonal samples are needed to improve our knowledge in the morphological characters.
