福克兰(马尔维纳斯)群岛海域鱿钓渔业以及主要许可鱿钓船队发展分析

摘　　要：福克兰(马尔维纳斯)群岛海域是世界上最重要的鱿鱼渔场之一。从1987年开始,福克兰群岛政府建立渔业管理体系并向以东亚为主的鱿钓船队发放鱿钓许可证。根据福克兰群岛渔业统计,概要地描述福克兰群岛海域1989年至2016年鱿钓渔业的发展,以及日本、韩国、中国台湾地区及中国大陆入渔福克兰群岛海域鱿钓船队的发展变动,并对福克兰群岛鱿钓入渔许可体系的特点、日本和中国台湾地区鱿钓船队发展兴衰的原因作了初步分析。探讨了中国大陆鱿钓船队在西南大西洋持续发展的新途径,旨在为我国远洋鱿钓渔业的发展提供借鉴与参考。Falkland（ Malvinas） Islands waters is one of the most important squid fishing grounds in the world. Since 1987,Falkland Islands Government has implemented a regulated system for fisheries and squid jigging fishery licenses has been issued mainly to the East Asian jigging fleets. This paper described in general the development of squid jigging fishery in Falkland Islands waters,and the development and changes of licensed jigging fleets from Japan,Korea,China's Mainland and Taiwan region of China from 1989 to 2016 in Falkland Islands waters based on the fisheries statistics of Falkland Islands Fisheries Department. The distinguishing features of Falkland jigging license system,and the reasons of rise and fall for the jigging fleets from Japan and Taiwan region of China were preliminarily analyzed. Some tentative suggestions for the development of Chinese jigging fleets in the Southwest Atlantic Ocean were made.
