摘 要:在山楂处理方面,现目前工厂存在的生产方式大部分都是较为陈旧的制作流程:从人工采集原料,到大水桶进行冲洗,同时需要人工搅拌除杂,之后进行长时间沉淀后再由人为进行捞出枝叶,然后进行传统方式的切片成型、自然晾晒风干等。这样的运作流程虽然能够达到一定的精细化,但是在人力物力水力电力等方面造成的资源浪费过大,而且严重耗时。文章旨提供一种运作可靠、提高效率、节约资源的工艺流水线设计,总结出传统设备线的优缺点,提出合理的设计方案以提高工厂加工山楂产品的效率并且同时兼具节省资源的功用。With regard to Hawthorn processing, most of the production methods that currently exist in the factory are relativelyold production processes: from manual collection of raw materials to washing in large water buckets, manual mixing is required to re-move impurities. After a long time of precipitation by artificial fishing out the branches and leaves, and then the traditional mode ofslicing, natural drying and so on. Although this operation process can achieve a certain degree of refinement, in the human, material,hydraulic power and other aspects of the waste of resources is too large, and seriously time-consuming. The purpose of this paper isto provide a process line design with reliable operation, high efficiency and resource saving, and to summarize the advantages anddisadvantages of the traditional equipment line. In order to improve the efficiency of processing Hawthorn products and save resourcesat the same time, a reasonable design scheme was put forward.
