摘 要:为了对高速公路声屏障与隧道壁进行清洗,满足行车安全与美观的需要,在对现有清洗方式进行分析的基础上,设计了一种单刷与双刷可自由切换的多功能清洗机,并进行了总体结构设计。对多功能清洗机单刷清洗隧道壁的最高位置、最大距离、最低位置,清洗声屏障背部的最低位置,以及双刷清洗声屏障的水平工况、最大距离工况、最近距离工况分别进行分析,研究清洗机的最大受力工况,为后期的强度校核提供依据。研究结果表明,多功能清洗机可以提高声屏障清洗的效率,换装单刷后还可以进行隧道壁清洗,实现一机多能的功用。In order to clean the sound barrier and tunnel wall of the highway to meet the needs of driving safety and aesthetics,based on the analysis of the existing cleaning methods,a multifunctional cleaning machine which can be switched between single-brush and double-brush modes was design,and the design of its overall structure was conducted as well.The highest position,maximum distance,and lowest position of the machine cleaning tunnel wall in singlebrush mode,the lowest position of it cleaning the back of the sound barrier,and the horizontal condition,maximum distance and minimum distance of the machine cleaning sound barrier in double-brush mode,were all analyzed respectively.And the maximum force conditions of the cleaning machine were studied to provide a basis for the later strength check.The research results show that the multifunctional cleaning machine can improve the efficiency of the sound barrier cleaning.When switched to the single-brush mode,the machine can perform the cleaning of tunnel wall to realize the versatility.
